Overall I appreciated that absolutely fantastic hotel. The location was marvellous and fantastic, not very far from Teylers Museum. Visited few places in the center, at a medium distance from the property. The room was luxurious and absolutely perfect with a quiet bed.

The location of the hotel is very central, with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes right on the doorstep. The rooms are exceptionally luxurious, with everything provided and of high quality, including comfortable beds, complementary drinks, and bathrobes. The staff is friendly and always available to assist.
The hotel may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, as there is a steep and narrow staircase leading to the rooms.

We had great amenities in our double room like a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe, and the location was perfect for us as it was close to the city.

The air-conditioned rooms were a blessing for this old lady. I could finally escape the heat and feel comfortable during my stay. Having a desk in the room was a big plus for me. It gave me a space to write postcards to my grandchildren and keep in touch with them. The coffee machine in the room made my mornings a lot easier. I could brew a nice cup of coffee and enjoy it in bed. The minibar was a nice touch. It had a variety of snacks and drinks, perfect for when I wanted a little treat. I felt very safe during my stay thanks to the safety deposit box in the room. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my valuables were secure. The flat-screen TV was a great source of entertainment. I could relax and watch my favorite shows in the comfort of my room. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and spacious. It had everything I needed, including free toiletries.
Personally, I didn't care for the bath in the private bathroom. I prefer showers and found it a bit inconvenient.
